Located in Washington, North Carolina, Beaufort County Community College has been educating adult learners since 1967. With over 1,600 enrolled students, BCCC provides continuing education opportunities for individuals to earn associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates.
BCCC’s information technology networking support certificate program offers students the knowledge and skills required to pursue jobs in the technology sector. Throughout the program, students learn to solve technical problems by learning how to create, store, share, and process technical information. The curriculum features courses in networking troubleshooting, Windows administration, and networks. Graduates can pursue jobs as software developers, programmers, and system administrators. Students can also take industry-recognized IT certification exams.
Applying to BCCC
The application process requires prospective students to take RISE placement tests. However, applicants with an official, unweighted high school GPA can skip the placement tests.
